My favorite t-shirts have a comfortable fit and a compelling image of Africa that makes it easy to strike up a conversation about Ethiopia and our Childrens HopeChest CarePoints. I love those t-shirts so much, that I designed my own and created a "Shoppe with a Mission" to help fund specific CarePoint projects and mission team trips.
For a very limited time, my custom designed Ethiopia T-Shirts are available on my blog to help fund various care-point projects. "ETHIOPIA" is splashed across the front of the shirt, and the attractive scrollwork pattern forms a subtle heart ♥ over Ethiopia.
After adopting our two sons from Ethiopia, I fell in love with this beautiful country and its amazing history and culture that dates back to biblical times. Although the country suffers from cyclical droughts, famine and extreme poverty, it is a culture brimming with uncommon kindness. Once you visit Ethiopia, you can't help but fall in love with the country and the people!
100% of the proceeds from t-shirt sales go to specific projects at our CarePoints or to help fund volunteer travel teams that work with the kids and the CarePoint staff.
Orders will be accepted for 3 weeks only - and then the sale closes and the t-shirt order is sent to the printer. As soon as the shirts are printed, they will be mailed to each donor (end of October). Each shirt is a $25 donation + $3 for shipping. Add $1.50 for an XXL.
These are Next Level Apparel (NLA) t-shirts and are a super nice quality with a soft feel. I own a couple of these t-shirts and I wear them every weekend because they fit well and are so soft and comfortable. The women's shirt is a fitted T and should be ordered 1-2 sizes larger than you normally wear. (This is the shirt that I own and wear.) The Unisex Shirt is a traditional cut sized for men but easily worn by women who prefer a looser fit.

This is an excerpt from Isaiah 58:6-10
Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen:
to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter -
when you see the naked, to clothe him,
and not turn away from your own flesh and blood?
Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness will go before you,
and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
Then you will call, and the Lord will answer;
you will cry for help and he will say: Here am I.
